RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- For contract extensions & new lines of service
To exchange your purchase for a different model, you
must contact our Customer Service department within
15 days of your activation or contract extension date
to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. You will
be charged the price of your new preferred item and
your account will be authorized (not charged) for a
$250 safety fee. This authorization is intended to promote
the safe return of your original wireless device to
our facility. To avoid this charge and be eligible for
a full refund for your original wireless device, you
must ensure that we receive your original device in
original new condition with no more than 30 minutes
of usage and all of the product literature, manufacturer
packaging and parts included in your shipment, within
30 days after your activation or contract extension
date. If we do not receive your original device within
the 30 day period and/or it is not returned in original
condition, you may be charged the $250 fee. Returned
items will not be sent back to you.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or any other
offers available from the wireless service provider,
you may request a 100% refund of your purchase price.
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact our Customer
Service department within 15 days of your activation
or contract extension date to obtain a Return Authorization
(RA) number, and you must ensure that we receive your
purchase in original new condition including the wireless
device(s) with no more than 30 minutes of usage, product
literature, manufacturer packaging and parts shipped
with your order within 30 days of your activation or
contract extension date.
You must complete the following steps to receive proper
credit:
1.Call our Customer Service department at the toll free
number found on your sales receipt included with your
shipment within 15 days after your activation or contract
extension date to obtain a Return Authorization (RA)
number.
2.Fill out the top portion of the return label included
in your original shipment with your name, address and
RA number, and affix it to your shipment box. (Make
sure to remove or black-out any previously used shipment
labels.)
3. Place all items as originally packaged in the shipping
box and seal the box with shipping tape. Be sure that
any literature, airtime cards, batteries, and accessories
are also included with your phone and make a copy of
your invoice and RA number for your records. All merchandise
must be returned in original, new condition with no
more than 30 minutes of usage.
4. Promptly ship your package - we must receive your
return within 30 days of your activation/contract extension
date or you may not be able to receive a full credit.
Please refer to the back of the shipping label to arrange
for a package pick-up or locate the nearest authorized
location to take your box for shipment.
NOTE: If a carrier offers a longer return window than
is outlined above, we will honor their policy subject
to the same terms and conditions outlined above.
IMPORTANT: If you have established a new wireless account
or extended an existing contract and wish to cancel
it, you must call your wireless service provider to
deactivate your account to ensure you are properly credited
and/or billed for any applicable service fees.
